BEGINNER’S SERIES
Begins TUESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2012 *note date change
Begin or restart your yoga practice today! Join Shanan Kelley & Kat Seltzer as they teach the basics of a Yoga practice. These lovely ladies will gently and kindly take you through the foundations of Yoga postures explaining in depth and playfully the fundamentals.
There has never be a better time to get your practice going.
Time: 7:15-8:15pm Tues/Thurs
Cost: $75 for 3 weeks. *students must sign ip in advance and commit to the full six sessions.
