The Winter Solstice is a time to celebrate the passage from darkness to light. Take time to reflect through this deep, inwardly focused candlelit vinyasa flow class exploring the qualities of meditative movement.

6 MONTH COURSE: We will meet over the course of 6 weekends (Friday-Sunday) throughout the year. Jan 13-15, Feb 10-12, May 11-13, June 8-10, Jul 13-15, and August 10-12. $1296

SPRING IMMERSION + HAWAII RETREAT: We will meet every Thursday-Sunday over the course of five weeks (March 3-31) with a week on retreat on the Big Island (March 17-24) The retreat is open to the public. $1080 + Retreat rates for a hotel room: $1400 or yurt: $1140 per person. 2012 100 hour ANUSARA TEACHER TRAINING with ULLA LUNDGREN
Together we will practice all aspects of teaching Anusara Yoga in a safe and supportive environment. You will be guided to find your authentic voice as a teacher and given space to develop confidence over time.

- Refining and teaching the Universal Principles of Alignment
- Progressive skillful sequencing for all levels of students

You must commit to take a minimum of one weekly Anusara Yoga class with a certified or Anusara-Inspired™ yoga teacher during the course of this training.
Prerequisite: Completion of a 100-hour Anusara Yoga Immersion program with a certified Anusara Teacher. The hours you accrue can be credited toward Anusara-Inspired™ status and Anusara Yoga Certification. The Anusara-Inspired Teacher credential exceeds requirements for 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registration and the Anusara Yoga Certification exceeds the requirements for 500-Hour Yoga Alliance Registration.
