Sabine Keagy
Sabine Keagy has been practicing Yoga since 2000 and been teaching since 2005. She has trained with Shiva Rea and Ana Forrest and learned from Seane Corn, Erich Schiffman, Annie Carpenter, and many other great teachers locally and out of state, especially Jodi Boone, who inspired Sabine to become a teacher and who now lives and teaches in India.
Sabine loves many different kinds of yoga, but the style that speaks to her most is Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing, dynamic, and sometimes exuberant practice that builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Moving through yoga postures also helps to create a space that fosters steadiness, meditation, and mindfulness and allows us to find a deeper and more fulfilling connection to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
