Sabine Keagy

Traditions studies: Vinyasa, Forrest
Most Influential Teachers: Jodi Boone, Shiva Rea, Denise Kaufman, Saul David Raye
Most Influential Books: Moving Into Stillness
Teaching Style: Flowing, energetic, meditative

Sabine Keagy has been practicing Yoga for eight years and been teaching Vinyasa Yoga at the Juniper Swim and Fitness Club and the Central Oregon Community College in Bend for the last three years. She has completed two teacher-training programs with Shiva Rea and taken workshops and classes with Ana Forrest, Seane Corn, Erich Schiffman, and other great teachers locally and out of state, especially Jodi Boone, who inspired Sabine to become a teacher and who now teaches in Seattle, WA. Sabine loves many different kinds of yoga, but the style that speaks to her most is Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing, dynamic, and exuberant practice that builds strength and stamina. Moving through the yoga postures creates a space that fosters self-awareness, meditation, and mindfulness and it’s a great way to find a deeper and more fulfilling connection to others and the world around you.
