Welcome to Mandala Yoga Community. It is our hope that you will join us as we share the beautiful and transformative practice of Yoga. We are dedicated to sharing the art of Yoga and it is our hope that you will also begin a dedicated practice.

Whether it be once a month, once a week or daily, we will serve as your guides. Encouraging, challenging, playing with and loving you as you explore your own personal journey. With a dedicated practice, you have the potential to loosen your stiff muscles, open your tight joints, find a more relaxed attitude, more balance and acceptance in your life, and hopefully a deeper connection to yourself, your community and spirit. Yoga has the potential to affect every aspect of your life, your body, your mind, your emotions, and your spirit. And, it is our hope that you will integrate your Yoga practice into your life. There is no need to be flexible to start practicing. We all have to start somewhere! Your friends at MYC will humbly walk with you, offering encouragement as we all learn together.

yoga | Yoga is the practice of Union. Yoga is much more than a physical practice; it is a way of living in awareness of our relationship and connectedness with our selves (mind, body, & soul), our community, the earth and the Divine.
joy | We encourage an attitude of Joy in our process. We want to have fun! Our desire is to celebrate… abundance, community, gifts, life, deepening, and the beauty of transformation in relationship. We find great joy in the highs and the lows, the pain and the release… all of this is celebrated.
community | We value community that is multi-generational, authentic, accepting, inclusive, and supportive. We are always open to new growth and intend to be an accessible bridge for Central Oregon and beyond.
daily | We believe in the sacredness of the ordinary. We encourage a regular, consistent return to self understanding and community interaction, and offer daily opportunities for these to deepen. We encourage integration, not just in the yoga studio but in homes, work, families, and more.
We are located in the tbdloft which is on the 2nd floor of the historic Bend Hardware Building on the corner of Bond and Minnesota in downtown Bend. The most convenient entrance is at 55 NW Minnesota St. We are upstairs from The Wine Shop. Look for the bright orange m y c | yoga sign in the window. Parking is available on the street (2 hours free) or in the parking structure right across the street (3 hours free). We encourage biking, carpooling, and we are walking distance from pretty much anywhere in downtown and the West side of Bend.
We understanding and accept that everyone has different life rhythms around time; Please do your best to arrive 5-10 min before the start of your class.
